If you've had a long day, whether you've accomplished a little or accomplished a lot, this yoga practice is meant to help you find a brief period of peace within yourself at the end of the day. We'll stay close to the ground and move the body a little, practice some pranayama (breath work/breath practice) a little, and meditate a little. A brief yoga practice to fill your cup. Do what feels good, leave out the rest, or practice something entirely different just alongside me.
Take a deep breath, and let's begin.
