This time, Topper Harley, an ace pilot, has left the service and is living in a remote Tibetan monastery, where he has found harmony within himself by balancing his Yin and Yang. However, the country needs a hero once again.

Reluctantly leaving the monks he has grown fond of, Topper returns to service. He is assigned a secret mission to rescue hostages from the clutches of Saddam Hussein. However, to everyone's delight, Topper is an extraordinary individual who turns everything upside down.
