President William Ruto says his government is now turning its attention to the school uniforms arrangement in senior schools, which he says has inflated prices and driven up the cost of education.
The president describes the practice as an avenue for corruption, but promises a crackdown to stop it.
This comes as scores of grade ten learners have headed his directive, reporting to schools across the country without paying fees and in junior school uniforms
