Dr. Little’s approach combines evidence based science and holistic insight. In practice, that can include reviewing prescriptions, recommending supplements, discussing nutrition and movement, or using OMT to restore balance. She believes healing happens in small steps over time, not in a single visit. Her role is to listen, guide, and support each patient’s unique journey.

Dr. Little’s clinical areas of interest include integrative medicine, osteopathic manipulative treatment, and women's health.
