날씨가 좋아도 위쪽에 바람이 세면 케블카 운행을 안합니다.
구름낀날은 올라가봐야 볼게없고, 그렇게 3일을 기다리다 간곳입니다
Finally, we went up to the Mont Blanc Observatory, which is the second highest in the world.
Even if the weather is good, if the wind is strong above, the cable car will not operate.
There is nothing to see on a cloudy day, so this is the place to go after waiting for 3 days.
