Agata Pawlik explores the art and impact of bringing people together, across cultures, sectors, and agendas. Drawing on two decades of global experience, including leading the UN’s Connect Conference Centre at COP28, she reveals how intentional spaces can turn dialogue into action and collective energy into change. Agata Pawlik is a passionate International Conference Director who brings over 20 years experience gathered in different multicultural environments. She started her career with Informa in Germany and UAE and last major venture was leading for United Nations the 'Connect Conference Centre' at the Climate Conference COP28 in Dubai.
