and Welcome to a Alphonso Mango ( हापूस आंबा केक,कुल्फी,खीर) Special Episode of @RedSoilStories
That day Pooja was seating in our front yard and cleaning the vegetable for the lunch. She asked me to see if the mangoes are ripened. We have brought the Alphonso Mangoes ( हापूस आंबा ) and had kept them for ripening. All the mangoes were ripened. Pooja wanted to make the Mango Pulp as the last year's pulp was over. Before she started preparing for it, I cut two Alphonso Mangoes and we both had it as a snack.
Later Pooja prepared the mango pulp and kept it in the airtight container, It can be stored up to an year in the refrigerator. After lunch Pooja prepared Mango Kheer ( हापूस आंबा खीर) which is made up of Rice, Milk, Mango Pulp etc. It was delicious we both had it after our lunch as a dessert.
Next day Pooja prepared Mango Cake ( हापूस आंबा केक ) with the help of Mango Pulp. It was an eggless mango chocolate marble cake. It also turned out a delicious cake. It was cooked without oven. Meanwhile Pooja also started preparing for Mango Kulfi ( Stuffed Kulfi in a mango ) (हापूस आंबा कुल्फी) . She prepared a filling of kulfi and stuffed it in the mangoes. She kept this stuffed kulfi in the freezer overnight.
Next day the kulfi was set and she cut it in the slices and we all enjoyed it.
