Ingredients: serves 2
1 chicken breasts (diced)
1 tsp vinegar
3 tsp hoi sin sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp corn flour (mixed with water)
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup spring onion
2 tsp fresh ginger
2 tsp fresh garlic
2 eggs
1 cup plain flour
3 tsp sesame seeds
serve with rice
