Is This the Ultimate Off Grid Steak Grill? Bighorn 9" Tested

Hey folks, in this episode I'm back at one of my favorite camp spots, getting ready for a big fall trip. But before heading back to the shop for van maintenance, I fired up the Big Horn Outdoors 9-Inch Infrared Steak Grill to test it out properly.

Over the past couple of days, I've cooked dinner and breakfast on this thing, and now I'm wrapping up the weekend with a full meal—steak, Brussels sprouts, and potatoes—all off-grid using propane.

This grill reaches up to 1500°F and is built like a tank with its stainless steel frame. I dive into how it performs with a lower pressure van propane system, share some tips for better results, and talk about real-world issues like tray warping and heat zones. Spoiler alert: it still turned out a great meal (even if I overcooked the steak a bit messing with cameras).
