My TSW recovery | Trip to La Roche Posay Hydrotherapy Centre | LED infra red treatment

hey everyone, a vulnerable one as I've been very very low recently and am sharing the treatments I've been trying for my TSW recovery ever since I stopped using steroids in Feb 2024 after I closed my small business. I hope that it will help others going through this absolutely horrendous, mentally, physically and emotionally exhausting journey - my heart goes out to you.

I've been using steroids on and off since a child as they were prescribed to me by my GP to manage my eczema and wasn't ever made aware of the side effects. I stopped using them last year as they made my eczema 1000 times worse and essentially stopped working. This past year I've been trying anything and everything to heal. Before you mention diet, this isn't a diet related condition, it is (from what I've learnt) iatrogenic, meaning it is caused by a medicinal treatment. My most effective treatments I've tried so far have been:
