花生豬腳湯
花生、豬腳、蔥、薑、米酒、糖、鹽
做法:
1.花生爆水3小時以上,豬腳下滾水川湯去除腥味,蔥、薑放入鍋底,再把豬腳也放入鍋中。
2.把花生、酒加入鍋中,加水到蓋住材料再超過2公分以上。
3.煮滾之後關小火,蓋上鍋蓋續煮2-2.5小時。
4.時間到了之後再添加鹽、糖調味,拌勻即可盛盤上桌。

Ingredients:
Peanuts, pig's feet, scallions, ginger, rice wine, sugar, salt
Instructions:
Soak peanuts in water for at least 3 hours. Boil pig's feet in water to remove any gamey taste. Place scallions and ginger at the bottom of the pot, and then add the pig's feet.
Add peanuts and rice wine to the pot, and add water until it covers the ingredients by at least 2 centimeters.
Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat and cover for 2-2.5 hours.
After the time is up, add salt and sugar to taste, mix well, and serve.
