This video goes over what is needed to clean and re-seal a reef tank overflow box without draining or moving the tank.
The tank is a drilled 150 gallon Marineland aquarium, and the overflow box is a Synergy Reef Shadow v1. The video also covers the setup of the Bean Overflow method I use.
I recorded the video in one day. I removed the overflow, cleaned and de-scale everything, repainted the back glass then reinstalled everything and leak tested.
One of those jobs you know you have to do - but you put it off because you know how hard it's going to be!
The audio has a lot of bumps and knocks etc. but not too bad considering most of it was recorded behind a fish tank.
