Joe Austin has rebuilt Southwestern University (TX) football, winning an undefeated championship and posting 3 consecutive winning seasons in one of the toughest conferences in the country. Rebuilt Hanover College after 4 losing seasons, finishing 2nd during his final two seasons. With roots as an all-conference QB in college, Austin loves throwing the ball and at Dubuque they cracked the national Top 25 poll for the first time in school history. Austin's fast-paced offense led the conference in almost every category. Austin’s no-huddle, spread passing attack also set five school records at Augsburg College (2004).
