Target and tone your biceps, triceps, and forearms right at home with this intense yet beginner-friendly arm workout! Perfect for all fitness levels, this routine uses just your bodyweight to sculpt lean, strong arms.
🔥 Arm Workout Routine:
Push-ups – 3 sets x 12 reps
Triceps Dips (on chair/sofa) – 3 sets x 10 reps
Arm Circles (30 secs forward & backward) – 3 sets
Plank to Push-up – 3 sets x 10 reps
Isometric Bicep Hold (press palms together tightly) – 3 sets x 30 seconds
Take 30–60 seconds rest between sets.
