Catch them ON TOUR TOGETHER in AUSTRALIA this October.
Written By Lowen & Navarro (who got their big break when Pat Benatar covered their song) "We Belong" was originally written for harmonies. When Eric Lowen was diagnosed with ALS, longtime friends The Bangles decided that it would be the perfect song to cover on a tribute album to the folk/pop duo. The funny thing is, their version, though largely acoustic like the original Lowen & Navarro track, features Benatar's phrasing (not to mention key!) and was therefore a great candidate for a mashup. It would be wonderful if The Bangles performed this live with Benatar on their upcoming tour of Australia together (hint, hint).
