A television comedy special hosted by comedian Red Skelton. This special was filmed live at the Centre in the Square Theatre in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Highlights include: a number of comedy routines from Skelton; a pantomime accompanied by sound effects of Skelton attempting to open a door; a dance-based performance by mime Marcel Marceau as his character "Bip the Clown"; a routine by Skelton as his character "Clem Kadiddlehopper" including a reading of his poem "Frogs"; a kabuki-inspired performance by the Paul Gaulin Mime Company; Marceau with a performance entitled "The Lion Tamer"; a sketch between Skelton and Marceau; a pantomime sketch by Skelton featuring a couple ascending the Eiffel Tower; Skelton's pantomime of an elderly man watching a parade; and Skelton performing a song as his character "Freddie the Freeloader" entitled "The Time Has Come to Say Goodnight."
