We tried the Moonwalk!
This illusion - walking forward but traveling backward - is really a cool way to help our FEET and ANKLES because that is what we are using to do this move! We get:
--Strength in our feet, ankles, and postural muscles
--Improved control and response to help us if we are off balance
--Practice balancing on one leg in a safer way
--Ummm....FUN and a way to impress your FRIENDS!
