In 7 Days to Die on day 2 I ran across the Pille Residence. It's a 5 skull POI that has ZERO zombies but is FULL of snakes. I cleared it with a Lvl. 1 Primative bow, stone arrows and a Lvl 1 bone knife. I got over 900 raw meat and over 150 leather!!!
