1 cup basmati long grain rice
1 large onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium size tomatoes
3-4 green chilies
1/3 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp fennel seeds powder ( optional )
1 tsp coriander seeds powder ( optional )
1 inch ginger julian
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
1/3 cup of ghee or oil
2 medium size potatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper corn
2 mace
1 black cardamom
2-3 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
