I hope you are well! Thank you again for creating the amazing Freshly Charged videos showcasing our bikes at CES!

We noticed that our reservation fee policies caused some confusion in two of the videos and that unfortunately one of our promo workers provided misleading information about the deposits.

Whilst the reservation fee is typically considered a non-refundable deposit, we want to ensure that our customers are entirely satisfied with their bikes by offering a provision for refunds under specific conditions. Our customers have a possibility to book a test ride, either at one of our showrooms or at specific test ride events after making the preliminary reservation. If the bike does not meet the expectations, the customer is entitled to cancel their reservation and request a refund of the preliminary reservation fee until the time they have signed or accepted the Final Terms of Sale.
