This video documents an alleged traffic stop incident involving a Texas State Trooper that raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, conduct, and public safety.
On the date of the incident, I was traveling northbound on TX-337 toward New Braunfels when the trooper, who had been driving alongside me for approximately two miles, moved behind my vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Believing he needed to pass, I safely pulled toward the shoulder without abrupt braking, a maneuver supported by front and rear dash camera footage.
During the stop, the trooper cited window tint as the reason for the stop and immediately displayed an aggressive demeanor. Items were allegedly snatched from my hand and later thrown into my vehicle despite full compliance. When I calmly asked about his attitude, the trooper openly acknowledged having one and accused me of nearly causing a crash—an allegation contradicted by recorded video evidence.
The interaction escalated further when I was not given the opportunity to sign the citation, and the trooper departed abruptly at a high rate of speed. As a disabled veteran with a documented medical condition that can warrant a window tint exemption, I was not asked about any medical considerations during the stop.
This video is shared for transparency, accountability, and public awareness. All claims are supported by recorded evidence and documentation, which can be provided upon request.
