Craven has succeeded in doing what I would have thought was impossible—filling Josie Toney's shoes. He doesn't have Josie's ravishing smile or dancing eyes, but he's no less magnificent a musician, has his own brand of charisma, and a rapport with Sierra and with the other guys that is very different from Josie's but is no less strong.
