I made a Zorro cosplay for a competition about a year ago. The judges said it was extremely well made, but lacking in detail. So it's time to fix that!
I started by making a new shirt. This one has some decorative stitching on the cuffs, the collar, and the plackets. However, I forgot to record making the shirt.
I decided to use faux leather for the vest. I also made it more like a fencing vest as opposed to the vest on the series. I used bias tape to finish the edges and magnets to close the vest. I bought some interesting looking buttons, made a mold, and cold cast multiple copies of them.
