Instead of allowing our profession, gender, or denomination to define us, being a Christ-follower should be our primary identifier. When we accept Jesus as Lord of our lives, it changes who we are and rewrites our future—both in time and eternity. Choosing to yield to the authority of God’s Word and embrace who we are in Christ will give us the clarity we need to navigate today’s culture.
