Now, she’s the proud supplier of brilliant produce to some of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants in Wales, all of it grown on her four-acre plot in Ross-on-Wye. ‘It’s my gym, it’s my church, it’s absolutely everything,’ she says. She has won the Observer Food Monthly best producer award 2015.
