After a beautiful afternoon spotting at Zurich airports observation deck, it was time to head back to London. A330's & A340's have always been one of my favourite aircraft & I couldn't resist the chance of getting myself on an A330 for the 90 min hop across Europe to Heathrow. Filmed from seat 5A in business class for the perfect engine view and sound from the Rolls Royce Trent engines. Once pushed back & engines started we headed for departure from Zurich's smaller runway, RWY28. So a good powerful departure from the 8,000ft runway taking off towards the west. Clear sunny skies in Zurich make some spectacular views during the climb. Once cruising I was served a light lunch and glass of bubbly before passing to east of Paris and starting descent over the Channel into London. Weather in London, like Zurich was also scorching & clear with temperatures reaching the early 30's!
