Some of us at www.oldminibikes.com/forum are participating in beta testing of a new "manual clutch" for mini bikes, go karts, or any PTO engine. This clutch will be offered to the general public for purchase as an alternative to centrifugal clutches and torque convertors, by the developers - the Downs Brothers, at their website beginning 10/16/2013.
