Fastening a toilet to a floor - carefully! During the cutting process the bolt might spin, and you need to be careful to put it back the way it was. You can accidentally wind up pulling the anchor through the flange. You don’t want that. The anchor must hold the toilet to the floor. If the bolt spins you could lose your anchor.
