Hey there, fellow investors! In today’s video, I show you how to collect "triple dividends." If you love getting dividends as much as I do, you’re going to want to see this.

After selling a mobile home that was a cash cow for me, I was left with the task of finding a new investment to replace that income. But here’s the twist – I wanted less hassle and the potential for stock price appreciation.

I’m going to walk you through how I invested the proceeds from that sale into a smart, dividend-focused strategy using stocks and options.

Here’s a sneak peek of the plan:

Buy shares in a solid company like Alexandria Real Estate (ticker symbol ARE), which I believe is potentially undervalued and offers a healthy dividend yield.
Sell a covered call to generate the second stream of income on top of ARE's dividends.
Sell a cash-secured put for that third stream of income, making sure it’s out-of-the-money to give us room for error.

But what about the risks? I’ll explain how you can manage this strategy even if the stock price takes a dip. This approach can lead to a nice combination of steady income and potential stock price appreciation – without the sleepless nights.
