World of Warcraft player housing was released in early access a couple weeks ago, and as I've hit the decor placement limit, I have to call my house done for now!
House is level five, using 33/43 room budget and 2041/2050 interior decor budget. There's a ~5% chance every time I zone into my house that my carefully-placed Freywold Tables in my octagonal rooms will be out of place; you can see this happen (and me being annoyed by it, but not annoyed enough to fix it and restart the recording) towards the end of the video.
Overall I'm quite happy with the interior my house, though the rooms I worked on later suffer from not looking quite as lived-in as I reached the end of my budget. The outside could use some zhushing up, especially now that we have the 50 extra budget for it, but... that's not what this video is about, heh.
One piece of advice I haven't seen much (if at all) from other housing videos is: be VERY sure you like the shape and size of your first room (connected to your entryway), because there is currently no way to change it without deleting every other room in your house first. Hopefully that'll be addressed in Midnight, but until then.... yeah. Don't be like me and spend days working on rooms that aren't your first one, and then decide you need to do the whole thing over :,)
The bay window on the second floor follows Building Mouse's tutorial here: • WoW Housing Beginner Tutorial | Bay Window (I believe the window on the first floor was also inspired by one of their videos, but my brain doesn't go back that far to remember for sure, heh).
