Ingredients:
For Boiling Dal:
Dal - 1 Cup
water - 3 Cups
Turmeric pd - 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 chopped
Garlic cloves - 7 crushed
Salt - 1/2 tsp

For Dal Tadka:
Oil - 2 Tblsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1 tsp
Dry Red chilli - 1
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Onions -2 chopped
Tomatoes - 2 chopped
Garlic - 7 cloves chopped
Green chillies - 3 chopped
Ginger - 1 inch chopped
Green Coriander - handful chopped
Salt - As per your taste
Water - 1 Cup

Bhindi masala fry/ Okra fry:
Okra/ Bhindi - 500 gms
Oil - 2 Tblsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Ginger -1 inch chopped
Kashmiri chilli pd - 1 tsp
Coriander pd -1 tsp
Turmeric pd - 1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Curd - 1 Tblsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Methi - 1/2 tsp

Fish Fry
Marination:
King fish/ Surmai - 4 large slices ( or any fish of your choice)
Lime juice- 1/2 lime
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli pd 1 tsp
Coriander pd 1 tsp
Cumin pd 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pd 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper pd 1/2 tsp
Lime juice - 1/2 lime

Dry pd coating
Rice flour - 1 Tblsp
Semolina/ Rava - 1 Tblsp
chilli pd 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 Tblsp
