在中国普通人被诈骗，案件办理有多难。家里老人被骗光了养老的积蓄，骗子说认识国家发改委的人，是习进平主席的亲戚，2020年在北京海淀区羊坊店派出所报警立的案，到现在4年半也没个结果，回复永远是办理中，骗子还时不时打电话给我父亲继续要钱，说有新项目。普通老百姓办个案子为什么这么难。
How difficult is it for ordinary people in China to handle fraud cases? An elderly family member of mine was swindled out of their entire retirement savings. The scammer claimed to know someone in the National Development and Reform Commission and even pretended to be a relative of President Xi Jinping. We reported the case to the Yangfangdian Police Station in Haidian District, Beijing, back in 2020, but after four and a half years, there has been no progress. The only response we ever receive is that the case is still "under investigation." To make matters worse, the scammer occasionally calls my father, continuing to ask for more money under the guise of "new projects." Why is it so difficult for ordinary citizens to get justice in cases like this?
