FULL INGREDIENTS LIST (Serves 4):
For the Chicken Stock:
Oil: 2 tbsp
Chicken: 2-thigh pieces
Water: 2 liter
Put the lid on & bring it to a boil.
Garlic cloves: 2-3
Onion: 1 small size
Black pepper (sabit): 8-10
Now cover it & cook it on medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes
For the White Eggs:
Eggs: 2
We need egg whites, separated from the yolks.
For the Flour Slurry:
Corn flour: 4 tbsp
Now pour water little by little & make a slurry!
Finalizing:
Strain the stock to remove the spices mixture!
Carrot: 1 chopped
Cabbage: 1/2 cup

Capsicum chopped: 1 medium size
White pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp
Vinegar/sirka: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
Chili soy sauce: 1 tbsp
If you don't have chili sauce, you can add ketchup instead.
Oyster sauce: 1/4 tsp
Corn flour slurry!
Egg white!
When adding the egg white, pause stirring for two seconds.
