Weight measurement precision
In order to secure precise weighing of capsules, the feed rate is optimized and the vibration during operation is minimized, a rotary drum structure is applied, so that the capsule weighing process is optimized and capsule surface damage caused by friction is minimized.
Simple key parts management
In order to measure hardware weight cells, and to facilitate calculation in units of 0.1 mg, the precision of the processing is improved, so that measurement becomes more optimized. Weight cells and circuit modules are available for repair and maintenance. The cell module consists of aluminum material for the outer enclosure, an electromagnetic
force correction metering system, and an electronic module circuit arranged on a metal plate to provide excellent stability and reliability.
