On October 25th, 2025, at 2:58 AM, Redlands Fire and Police responded to a reported structure fire in the 600 Block of East Palm Avenue.
Units arrived at the scene and located a well-involved, 2-story condo.
A second alarm was requested for extra resources.
Firefighters had to evacuate the structure after a second-floor collapse.
Initially, a victim was located, but later it was found to be false.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
