Trossard opened the scoring after Everton messed up a throw in and losing the ball in midfield allowing the Arsenal man to run free and slot the ball passed Pickford in the Everton goal.

Everton won a #penalty early in the 2nd half after Harrison was adjudged to have been fouled inside the box. N'Diaye stepped up and cooly placed the ball passed Raya sending him the wrong way.

Pickford made some good saves to keep the score level, while Everton tried to create a few chances of their own.
