Are you a fan of the Rambo film franchise like myself, and are in extreme admiration of how badass Stallone looks physique wise in all 4 movies, especially the 2nd one?

Rocky 3 and Rambo: First Blood: Part II are still considered the most God-like, apex physiques of Stallone in his entire career, and since he's not a steroid user, his physique even to this day is an inspiration to all men out there who just wanna be naturally fit. Well, now you can get to that shape, and now with the help of the man who trained Sylvester Stallone himself since 1982, world renowned chiropractor, bodybuilding expert, and fitness expert: the late Dr. Franco Columbu. He provides to us fortunate fans and viewers and in-depth look at the eating and exercise plan Stallone endured for the 2nd movie, as well as getting an insight into how dedicated and hardworking Sly is.

In part 1 the exercises for the triceps, biceps, forearms and the chest are shown. In part 2 the exercises for the lats, deltoids, rear delts and traps are shown. In part 3 the exercises for the calves, thighs and abs are shown.

Franco explains that "with Sly, I worked out a program that was right for him," Franco explains, "and then I led the way, constantly increasing weights and reps. I knew for sure that this would motivate him to try and keep up with me. If I took a weight and did 12 reps, Sly would have to try and do at least seven. After all, I may be stronger than he is, but not that much stronger. Then, next set, I would do 15 reps, so he would have to increase his reps to at least 10. By the end of our training, he was doing curls with 70- pound dumb-bells. You should have seen how strong he got!"

Franco worked out a program for Stallone based on a two day double split:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Morning: Chest, back, abs
Afternoon: Shoulders, arms, abs

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Morning: Calves, thighs
Afternoon: Rear delts, traps, abs
