My first week in Xi’an has been unforgettable — incredible street food, biangbiang noodles, breakfasts in tiny local shops, historic neighborhoods, and some late-night fun with new friends. I also tried the local huangjiu for the first time… and let’s just say the first night, I ran into a little trouble, and things got a little more interesting than expected 😅
