✨ WHAT WE ARE BUILDING:

1. The Employee View (User Role)
Standard users can log in, submit new refund requests, and view their own history. They are strictly blocked from seeing other users' data or accessing admin features.

2. The Admin Dashboard (Admin Role)
We'll build a "God Mode" view where you can see requests from every employee. You'll have exclusive buttons to "Approve," "Reject," or "Mark as Completed"—features that are invisible to regular users.

3. Firebase Security & Logic
I'll walk you through setting up Firestore Security Rules to protect your data and show you how to manage users (resetting passwords, assigning roles) directly in the Firebase console.
