2025 RANGER CNC CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE

This is my entry into the Ranger CNC Christmas challenge hosted

This video is my official entry for the 2025 Ranger CNC Christmas Challenge! 🎅🎄

In this build, I walk through the entire process of designing, cutting, painting, wiring, and assembling a Santa arrow sign using CNC techniques, layered artwork, Arduino-controlled LEDs, and 3D-printed PLA lenses.

You’ll see:

Designing layered artwork and sign components

Creating and aligning lettering and arrow details

Painting individual parts before final assembly

Prototyping LED arrow lighting with an Arduino

Making custom PLA light diffusers

Wiring and soldering on protoboard

Final assembly and testing of the flashing LED sign

This project combines CNC design, electronics, Arduino programming, LED lighting, and hands-on craftsmanship—all sped up so you can see the full creative process from start to finish.
