Follow along on my drive from Zakynthos city center to the viewpoint for Navagio Beach (Shipwreck Beach). You can only get to Navagio Beach by boat, but you can get to this viewpoint for an amazing view and photos of the famous beach with the shipwrecked boat.
There is also another very good viewpoint along the way as well as the amazing varying scenery of Zakynthos Island.
If you plan on doing this drive to the Navagio Beach lookout point, be aware that there will most likely be a long line to get to the perch on the cliff to get a good view of the beach. I arrived around 12 noon and had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes in the hot sun. I recommend you come very early in the morning or in the late afternoon.
