And I totally copied it, lol. Obviously much thanks to Junglekun for discovering this method.
I'm taking advantage of some items with prices that are multiples of .50 ... the Twin Pops (.50 each), maybe a Peach (2.00), possibly one or more Sausages from below the UFO (1.00 each ... get the non-Sausage items ahead of time if you want these to be an option), four Bulk Ice Creams (7.50 each), and that one Jumboman toy plus the three expensive items it's carrying (23+23+23+4.50=73.50).
First I pick up anything, and I clear the other objects out of the way from the area where I want to finish. I aim for $245.00 ideally, or just below that but a price that ends in .00 or .50. If I don't get a suitable number to work with, I start over. If I get a good number that's below $245, I can roll up Twin Pops (.50) and maybe a Peach (2.00) or Sausage (1.00). If I'm on a multiple of .50 but I can't easily get quite to 245, as was the case in the video, that's okay; there are several Twin Pops I can potentially pick up at the end.
Once I've got a number I like I pick up two Bulk Ice Creams (7.50 each), then jump down and get two more Bulk Ice Creams plus the three Twin Pops on top of them, and then aim for the Jumboman and get it and all three items it is holding. These items are just right to go from $245 to $350 ...

If I don't get to an exact multiple of .50, usually I start over, except in a few cases I can make an adjustment and still have a shot at 350.00. If I'm .01 or .02 or .03 short (like 244.98), I can possibly add Fish Skeletons near the end (.01 each, next to the Bulk Ice Creams in the freezer) to make up the difference. If I'm exactly .10 or .20 short (like 244.90), I can possibly replace one or two Bulk Ice Creams with Bulk Ice Cream (Chocolate), which are 7.60 instead of 7.50. And if I get to a multiple of .50 but it's above 245.00, like say 248.50, I can aim for 252.50 instead of 245.00, and get one less Bulk Ice Cream.
