When Jane Sivers launched Maddie’s Asian Fusion Cupcakes at the Sellwood-Moreland Farmer’s Market, she sold more than $1,000 worth of cupcakes in just four hours. Inspired by her daughter Maddie, Jane built a women-owned, women-run bakery that blends bold Asian flavors with a mission of empowerment.
