SPRING RESET // reorganizing my space, energy refresh, new books + crystals, skincare routine + more

Happy April to all of you as well! The start of a new month, and a new season (because spring has sprung, girl) always puts me in a great mood and motivates me to realign my energy! Springtime, for me, is the true start to the new year -- and there are a few things I like to do to prepare energetically. Really, I just make time and space for a total energy refresh! That means taking care of my physical body with positive intentions (cleansing showers, putting in something cute, eating a healthy meal, a deep cleaning skincare ritual), new additions and habits my space that promote a keen mind and healing (treating myself to new crystals and books to read, writing/planning daily), and finally being consistent in showing up (making sure I’m doing what I can to manifest my plans, making this here video...) -- All of these things help me to feel ready for a new year, a new season, and a new timeline.

So I hope that you all are doing the same, or some variation of what makes you feel great when refreshing your energy!
