Video Description

I’ve been lifting at home since 2013 out of the same garage, but things are quite a bit different today than they were back then. I’m married, have a kid, work full time as a home gym content creator, we have a group of friends (and kiddos) that lift in our gym as well.

So our gym has evolved over that timeframe to accommodate all of that. Full rolled rubber flooring, mini split, insulation, more rack attachments, unique solutions, a Ninja Warrior set up, and even a content creation corner.
