how to make Curry Chick Peas (Channa)

Ingredients: 3 cans of chickpeas( garbanzo beans), 6tlbs of olive oil, 3tlbs of curry powder, 2tlbs of garam masala, 6 cloves of garlic minced, 6 balls of allspice, two small roots ginger minced, (green, red, yellow) sweet pepper minced, 1/2 head of parsley, 1 scotch bonnet pepper, salt to taste.
Add olive oil to pot and saute all veggies and allspice (excluding scotch bonnet pepper). After veggies are tender add curry powder and mix in well. Add beans, water and salt to taste. Once beans are boiling for 20 mins, add scotch bonnet pepper. once beans are soft, mash them with back of spoon until thick.
Although I did not add potatoes, you can. Enjoy!
