Older video I finally decided to upload.

I ended up selling this specific C2 (And Ghost Burr grinder) and selling the C2 was probably a mistake! I think I had a really good example of it, I did a brief comparison with my friends C2 and it seemed different / not as great taste results and it also felt like it ground differently (not as fast/easy to grind). Maybe this one was a really good knock-off (better than the legit version!?) very weird!

I Got a C2S (with an S) to replace this C2, and again I didn't love it as much as I did this C2. They're SUPPOSED to use the same burrs. But I feel like the C2s isn't as easy to grind as the original C2 was. Just a bit more resistance similar to the C3 and S3 with their Spike 2 Cut Burrs (you feel a bit more resistance).

The C2s vs the original C2 adds a nice silicone pad on bottom, and a ALL Metal body including the lid and handle. On the Regular C2 has plastic lid cap which often breaks (broke on mine somehow) but doesn't affect functionality. The C2 also has 3 axis plastic stabilizer where the C2s has a 2 Axis metal stabilizer holding the burrs so maybe that's the difference. I tried to season the burrs but might not be totally seasoned yet and maybe that's the reason why I didn't love it as much as the old C2 (which probably didn't have that seasoned burrs either).

C2, I didn't love that the catch cup wasn't smooth, therefor not as nice / easy to wipe the fines out between brews. ZP6 like the 1zPresso K plus I had before is smoother finished metal so easier to clean. Timemore's higher end S3 hand grinder was also smoother.

On the ZP6 I did compare again later with my friends well seasoned ZP6 after I used my newer ZP6 more and burrs were more seasoned, and I found mine tasted more similar to his now so I think Seasoning helped and the slow feed issue on his ZP6 was NOT why I liked his ZP6 better than mine.
I've also tried grinding with my ZP6 and other hand grinders on an extreme angle to purposely get a slow feeding effect and didn't find that was helpful, often the coffee turned out worse with slow feeding in that fashion. Apparently it MAY help with a lower quality (higher fines) hand grinder.

The Ghost burr hand grinder I think was called Potu brand, it might have been an inferior version to a similar looking one, it shouldn't have been giving me that many fines as it did. The Brews from it were generally lacking acidity and boring and one dimensional.

Lagom P64 with SSP MP burrs (or similar grinders with the same burs) might work better for really high end coffees, that aren't TOO FUNKY / Fermented. The ZP6 might be better for those coffees with Funky processing like an anaerobic natural coffee or co-fermented coffee.

ZP6 clarity seems ALMOST as high sometimes as the SSP MP, but a bit more body and a tiny bit more traditional, it's still bright and clear but sharpness is a little less, sometimes you can get really smooth tea-like body from the SSP MP burrs, the ZP6 is more juicy and a bit less tea like. Sometimes one is better than the other, but the price difference between the two is huge!

Plenty of Decent 64mm burr grinder options now for decent prices now but The SSP burrs alone without a grinder is about the same price as the ZP6! The main advantage is the MP Burrs can also do espresso.
If you're just doing brew coffee / pour overs choosing a hand grinder is the best budget option. Plus it's not hard to grind for pourover it's only grinding super fine (especially with lighter roasts) that hand grinding can get pretty tiring!
