Hello, I am Hiroshi, Colonel K, a Japanese army lieutenant colonel in reserve. Now I show you my new Origami fighter jet "F-35A Lightning II".
You can make it with plain paper. You can also make it with my original template. I explain both ways in this video. You can download the template for free from my website (https://origamiairforce.com). The template is colored gray, but no insignia or other markings are drawn (so that you all can attach them freely later) .
I am releasing this F-35A after a blank of about 6 months from the previous F-16. My father became ill last October and died in November. On January 1 of this year, a major earthquake occurred in the Hokuriku region of our country, and I was called up by the army to work as a psychiatrist to support the affected people. All these events severely fatigued me and delayed the development of this F-35A.
Like all my previous works, it can be made with a single sheet of paper, without cutting at all, and is flyable. Additionally, most of my works require glue or staples, which are no longer necessary for this F-35A.
This work should be made with rectangular paper with a side length ratio of 1 : root 2. If the paper is thin enough, A4 size is acceptable; otherwise, use a large sheet of paper such as A3 size.
This video will be continued in Part 2.
