Cubeb : 1 tbsp (Kabab Chini)
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste : 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : To Taste
Curd : 100g
Milk : 1 Cup
Mutton With Bones : 1.5 Kg
Water : 2-3 Glasses
Cashew : 25-30 Pieces (Soaked In Water)
Almond : 25-30 Pieces (Soaked In Water)
Water : Half Cup (For Blending Cashew & Almond)
Water : 4 Glasses
Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder : Shahzeera - 1/2 tsp, Cardamom - 3, Clove - 3, Cinnamon - 2.
Saffron : A Pinch
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
Cream : 1 Cup
