Just FYI..this unit does not weigh 90 tons. Tonnage is a measure of cooling capacity. 1 ton is equal to 12,000 British thermal units, which is a measure of how much heat the unit can add or remove from the space per hour.

In other words, this unit has the ability to remove from or add to the space 1,080,000 BTUs of heat per hour, which is about 20 times the capacity of the average home HVAC system, which typically only ranges from about 1-5 tons, or 12,000 to 60,000 BTUs.
